By accessing our website or enrolling in training programs, you agree to the following terms:

Enrollment Terms

  • Students must meet all state and federal eligibility requirements.
  • Tuition payments must be made according to agreed schedules.
  • Refund policies are provided in enrollment agreements.

Student Conduct

Students must behave professionally and follow safety instructions at all times. Unsafe or disruptive conduct may result in dismissal without refund.

Refund Policy

CDL Training Centers, LLC applies Utah’s refund policy to students who have paid required school charges (including tuition, fees, and other charges), but who cancel prior to starting class, withdraw after beginning classes, are terminated from the school, or otherwise fail to complete the program for which they were charged.

Cancellation of Enrollment Agreement – Three-Day Cooling Off Period

Students may cancel enrollment if cancellation is effective within three (3) business days (the “cooling off” period) of the latest of the following:

  • Signing the Enrollment Agreement, or
  • Making an initial deposit or payment toward school charges, or
  • Visiting the school.

If cancellation is effective within the cooling off period, the Enrollment Agreement may be rescinded, and all money paid to the school for school charges will be fully refunded.

The three-day cooling off period begins on the date the Enrollment Agreement is signed or an initial payment is made and continues until midnight of the third business day, excluding Sundays and recognized holidays.

Withdrawal or Termination After Cooling Off Period

If a student withdraws from the program or is terminated after the three-day cooling off period, the student is entitled to a pro-rated refund of tuition paid, calculated based on the percentage of training completed, less a non-refundable registration fee of $200.

Refunds will be calculated in accordance with Utah state regulations and the school’s official refund schedule. No refunds will be issued for training already completed.

Refund Processing

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the official withdrawal or termination date.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment when possible.

Training Disclaimer

Completion of training does not guarantee job placement, licensing approval, or income levels.
